Red Lilly Blog Challenge
ok. so now I'm doing the blog challenges to get me posting on here more...today's challenge....Describe your home
I live in a small town in Illinois. There are only about 500 people who live here. We have a gas station, grade school, and a post office and that's about it....As for my home we live in a 2 bedroom house on one of the main streets here. I love my house, but could use some more bedrooms. When I'm done with school we are going to expand to the house by adding a master bedroom/bath on the first level. Then the kids can duke it out for who has what room upstairs.
Right now we have no walls in our dining room, living room, and den. My husband has been slowly working on it. We have everything we need to get them up, but just ran out of time when doing so. With the baby coming 6 weeks earlier than planned it kinda screwed up our plans to finish the house. So we are working on it.
There really isn't much to say about my house. Just that it's in progress. Sometimes I wish we would've bought a house that was newer just so we wouldn't be doing so much to it. But this house has character and a large yard that we really really wanted....now only if my husband would stop running over nails with the lawnmower.....
